whats the hp gains from a 3" compared to a 2.5" downpipe--- and, if i get a 2.5 to flare to a 3" will that be the same as having a full 3" downpipe, when it comes to power gain. would appreciate your help guys.

 

Do you think a 2.5" and a 3" will have the same power gains? If you dont mind losing your A/C a full 3" DP will yield better numbers period. I dont think flaring a 2.5 to 3 makes much sence. Either runa full 3 or run a 2.5 just be sure to get 3" piping from the DP back.
