hey guys on my t25 dsm o2 housing the stud striped, so i got this bad exhaust leak, seeing as only one stud is useful how can i get the bad one out and can i just use a regular bolt let me know guys

vise grips

 

stud remover, not sure if sears would have it but if you know any tool dealers they'd have it.

 

you will have to heat up the housing around the stud with map gas or a torch and use the vise grips to move it back and forth until you free it.

o also use some spray oil threw the studs it will help.

 

k i will tryo to heat it up then use vise grips thanks guys

 

try a pipe wrench if u got it, works a hell of alot better then vise grips.

 

It's called an "easy out" bit, Rigid sells the best kit(Yes the same company that makes the power tools). You just drill a small hole into the stud, and drive in the "easy out", and twist the stud out. I know it's a huge pain in the ***, I had to replace a stud for my b16 head, it was snapped off during shipping.
