Default strange ignition issues (possibly)???

I drove my car about 180 miles roundtrip out of state.
car
d16y8
precision sc50 turbo

on my way back home i was cruising on the highway, and then headed to a store to pick something up.

when i got back in and started the car, vacuum was not reading like normal (greddy profec b usually says 99 in vacuum, but went to 86-88). I am not sure what vacuum was at idle before this since I was driving on a high way for the past hour before this.

I was driving the car on the highway, and the car was randomly but seldomly bucking while in 1st and second gear (traffic jams ftl)

anyways I was kinda pressing the gas a bit harder thinking I was pressing too lightly on the pedal, that maybe my injectors weren't opening. However when i gave it enough gas, the car would go into boost very very fast (I mean like I hit maybe 3-4 lbs while around like 2500 rpm on a precision sc50 on a d16)

the car didn't run smooth at all, but after letting the car sit for about a good 2-3 hours, the symptons went away.

do you think I'm experiencing a heat soak type of effect on something? and could it be the distributor?

Thanks for your help guys

Retarded ignition timing, or some wierd situation where you were running super rich and had raw gas un the turbo manifold burning. ???
