can hold xxx? power safely when pro tuned and turbod right. Not looking for crazy power but this isnt my dd im going to beat it.

250 for 100,000 miles
300 for 20,000 miles
350 for 100 miles

check out the LS-T Thread on here. post in there and ask the same. there are to many numbers that come into play for a question like that.

Mines bone stock on 8lbs with 231whp 208tq. for about 1 year dailydriver. no prob.

i cracked the ringlands on my stock block at 17-20psi (turned the boost up at the track ... it was the last event anyways) with a t3/t67. I figure it must of been making about 375-400 whp.

I healthy engine with a quality setup and tune will run ~300whp all day; although, torque is really the killer. If you stay around that 300whp range with a good tune and the proper fuel, you shouldn't have any problems. Be sure to check whether or not the engine is healthy before doing anything..
