Default Choices of boost

I have a 2001 gsr with low miles I want forced induction for the gains in power but I don't want a overhaul at 23,000 miles. Does anyone have a safe solution to daily drive a turbo on stock internals and acheive good horsepower gains?

Maybe you should post this in the Forced Induction forum. You'd get better replies there.

i just finished the intstall of a greddy tdo5-18g kit on my GSR, and im extremely happy with the results, im CURRENTLY on stock internals, and by the feel of things im expecting high torque ratings when i hit the dyno.

Stock internals can take alot more that u think...Dont be scared to run what u want...Its all in the tuning and using good judgment..I can attest to how strong stock internals are...I know someone that has put over 75K miles on his car and he runs race gas on the street on the weekends with high boost...

n2o is the cheapest for the hp gains i think. just dont go crazy w/ it and fill it up every week, then it will add up. for everyday use i would say get the greddy kit, but see if you can get a td06 20g from a mr2 greddy upgrade and slpa that on the mani. for tuning free hp go w/ a supercharger but i personally after having a turbo and n2o i would do the n2o. rockn'roll
