Stock internal b18C GSR...good or bad for turbo?
Right now I have the jdm gsr b18C in my car with the LSD S80. Right now got full straight pipe exhaust to a Flowmaster muffler. I have a 1st gen intake mani ITR rep from Skunk2. 255L pump aem fuel rail with rdx injectors. Currently put down 170 all motor. I believe I should be able to run 8psi no problem but correct me if I'm wrong and steer me in the right direction. First turbo build guys. Thanks in advanced!

Read the FAQ's sticky. Eat dinner, then read it again. Print it out. Go to sleep, wake up, and read it a third time while you're eating breakfast. Have your favorite actor record it in audio form, and listen to it on your way to work tomorrow.
For starters, PSI means nothing. 8 PSI through a T15 will make funny noises. 8PSI through a GT90 will turn your motor into a work of modern art.

I made 340whp on a bone stock gsr.
these motors can take a beating if tuned right.
Do yourself a favor and run e85 if its near you
if not run a safe amount of timing, build the head(keep your stock valves) and install arp head studs.
other than that bolt on a 18g or gt30 and shoot for 350whp.
