stock clutch
i have 99 LS with 85k on my car and its mainly used for autocrossin.. i decided to go turbo and am stil runnin a stock clutch. I know i will eventually have to switch it out for a performance clutch but do you think this clutch will hold through a dyno tune? Has any1 been drivin on stock clutch when they have been turbo-ed? if so how many miles did you have on the car?
Thanks

We dyno tune my brother's turbo gsr on stock clutch, but switch it to act clutch soon after the tune. If you want to put those hp to the ground then get an aftermarket clutch in it soon. Otherwise you will be slipping like crazy.

Re: (Jax419)
Your stock clutch won't last that long. My stock clutch went out last week. I burned the **** out of it, it started smoking. Im running integra turbo on 10 psi. My clutch was slipping most of the time in higher rpms. I was on this stock clutch for 6 months. So Im upgrading it to stage 3 clutch, something thats good for 300hp.

Re: stock clutch (Jax419)
if you tune on a dynapac, and the clutch starts to fail, IT WILL KILL IT. the dynapac is a clutch killer. and if it gets too bad, as it did in my case, it will kill an axle.
