stock b16a2 + turbo + alcohol (ethanol) is a good idea???

stock b16a2 + turbo + alcohol (ethanol) is a good idea???
hi i am from brazil, and i have a 93 civic VTI, these car came with a b16a2 motor, i am planing to go turbo, and i need some tips....
the compression is gona be to high to run a very low octane gas i think that in my country is about 85 or less.....
i dont want to much boost maybe 6 or 7 psi
how much power i will have with 6psi???
but also in my contry i have the possibility to use ethanol (alcool) any gas station heve these also is cheaper a lot... half price of my shitty gas... and is have les problem with copression, a stock compresion for stock alcohol cars, i think that is about 14,maybe it will be beter to run with turbo and my compression....
the idea of alcool is based that in my contry people use stock 1.6 and 2.0
volkswagen and chevrolet gasoline motors with 1.5 to 1.8 bars with alcool and run fine..... but they have to run with 30% more fuel than gas......
i think that the best choice for me is use a T3 internal wastgate, inline fuel pump, dsm injector with ressistor box, and a vafc, so i will can do some fuel tunning.... i have read about and people seys that is bether than use a fmu....
i also know that HONDATA is the best choice but i dint think that is someone that can tune my car i am from brazil.. so i wold go with vafc hack....
i also know that i will need a air/fuel gouge.... but these will work with my stock o2 sensor or i will have to buy another sensor like a wide band ( also wide price)????
