Starion I/C size concern...
I am currently running a stock starion intercooler with modified end tanks on a T3, 2.5" piping. The plan is to boost up to 12 or 14 psi in the future (ok,ok, 15 will be possible).
My question is pertaining to the starion I/C, will it be able to chill the intake charge sufficiently enough at such a high boost level from a smaller turbo or will I NEED a larger I/C eventually ?

Honestly I think you need some intake air temperature logs to make that decision. It's entirely possible that a larger IC would be unnecessary but I wouldn't just guess about it.

Re: Starion I/C size concern... (X2BOARD)
I'm actually running one but since I don't have a standalone I have never seen my real intake temps... at like 9 psi when I was testing, the outlet endtank never even warmed up... figure running 16 psi will give you about 2x the temperature rise so you may end up with post-IC temps a little warmer than you'd like but I doubt they would be bad enough to be dangerous; probably suck some of your HP out tho.
