arp struds or studs or watever, wat are they, what do they do and do i need them for b16a t3t4@10psi 250whp?

APR head studs? They are the large studs (similar to bolts) that hold the head on the block. APR is a brand, and are stronger than stock when installed correctly. If your having problems with your head lifting, it might be time for an upgrade.
