I understand you are impatient about your products, but honestly, you expected this to be ordered like a cheeseburger or something? One monthe for an entire turbocharger kit with packaging is about normal now. Gone are the days where there are shops that have 7-10 turbokits just waiting for you to choose them so that they can throw them in a box and ship. Creating any of this piping is a long and arduous process to say the least.

Phil is a stand-up guy who's been in this business for quite a number of years. No rip offs, no games, no reason to take your money without parts. Please be patient, as it will be worth it in the end when you install your parts and they actually fit correctly.

Relax, go to a movie, see a friend, bungie jump or something.. you'll be fine.

X2, Phil is an awesome guy to deal with, with excellent customer service and a great top notch product. He does all his work in-house, with very little help. I have ordered two mani/DP/DT combos from him in the past, both took about two to three weeks turn around, but I was so busy working on other stuff on the build, I hardly even noticed it.

My topmount combo for my next build will be from him, as well.

yea, I heard about the quality and fitment and that is why I chose spoolin. I just didn't realize that it took that long. I thought that it was in stock and ready to ship. I did not see anywhere the turn around time on the website.

No one can ever show "turnaround time on the website". And very few mass customization shops have pre-orders in stock unless pre-posted or you already called. Sorry. This is the recession of 2011. Never expect that it would be on a shelf for any part that is for a build. Just a rule of thumb.

Just talked Phil a couple days ago. He is super busy and of course its going to take time to make manifolds. My friend was looking into buying a manifold and I told him about SP and he wait time was longer then what my friend could wait for. Turns out the company he ordered the manifold from is now taking forever lol. All company's take some time. Good work takes time
