Default source for very thick stainless u-bends

i need a source for very thick stainless u-bends for manifold fabrication.please mention any source you know of.

http://www.mcmaster.com, they got schedule 40 which is .145" thick

I looked all over for them for my manifold products and never found anything. i use the sch 40 from mcmaster.

i dont see why it would hurt to weld two 90 bends from mcmaster.

i got my 180 bends custom made from a company up here in portland, oregon, there .120" thick.

heres the 90 and then you choose the diameter and the thickness which is the schedule and the material and the connection which is the ends, youll probably want butt weld

Why go thicker than 16 ga? If you use 16 gauge 321 stainless and build it properly then it won't crack...

HKS sell 3mm thick 304 U bends, Blitz sell 2mm thick.

This one is made with HKS bends:




And this was made with Blitz bends:



I still have some of the HKS ones left, but they are quite expensive.
