I have 3.25-3.5'' 90deg. coupler 4 ply nylon reinforced (Super strong). I put a 3.00 tube in the 3.25" side and it was slightly loose but if you tighten the clamp a little more it should be fine without bundling up.

I am pretty sure Vertex just deals HTS stuff - not to mention there is no 3-3.5 90 on their site anyway.

You could try a diesel truck shop. Just a suggestion.
I know there's a place in my town that pretty much specializes in diesel truck repair and they sell all kinda of reinforced couplers. They can be a bit on the expensive side though.
