i finished my installations. my car is running great but i didn't have the chance to put it on the dyno. something weird is going on with my boost levels. my turbo starts spooling at 3000 and is at full boost at 5000, but hits 9 to 10 psi. whereas, my waste gate is a .45 bar or 6.5lbs spring which i don't mind since that's the psi i wanted but how can this be happening?

now, what has happened is that i have a small leak on my head gasket. which is fine since i was planning to put a thicker gasket to lower my compression. right now, i have no lag and the car runs beautiful. i don't want to lose any power and i can't raise boost past 11psi because of my setup (fmu, 310 injectors). how thick should i get my head gasket? what kind? how much? and should i put stronger head studs to strenghten the engine? if yes, what kind and how much? where would i be able to buy these items at a good price?

i'd greatly appreciate ideas, comments and info on this topic.

how is your wg hooked up. if it is external only hook up the hose to the side of the wg. only use the top if you have a BC

 

the top of the wastegate is open. and for the gasket inline pro where do i get one and how much what size?

come on no one can help me here at least tell me where i can get the head gasket and what size , what kind ,how much and if i should get the head studs
