Inline Pro head gasket
Has anyone ever used one of these? I saw an ad in Turbo mag that said u can boost up to 22 PSI with it and stock engine and ECU? Is this true? Who has it? How much did u pay?
It's just a head gasket which is thicker bring compression down. That's all it is. The idea probably works, but since you are plannin' to boost your car why not do it right, and build it up and have it be reliable also. It'll probably run better too.

It is a thicker headgaster that drops the compression down 1 point. Turbo EG6 had one on his stock gsr hybrid hatch....15psi too long and melted some pistons.

I use a Cometic head gasket and boost over 20 lbs. They are about $100 but are hard to find. Anyone have a good source for these gaskets? BTW they are re-usuable. I had to pull my head and reused the same gasket and it is still working perfectly. I've e-mailed Cometic twice but have not received an answer.

I have one and I run .8 bar, daily driven, no problems at all. I've been told I can run up to 20 pounds of boost on race fuel (116 octane) but I haven't tried it yet.
I am thinking about getting one. I want to run only 10psi out of my Greddy kit so I figured I really don't need to buy rods and pistons if I can do a headgasket for a lot less. Just my opinion though.
any kind of plans involving boosting 20lbs on stock internals regardless of headgasket choice require meticulous tuning..be sure you know what youre doin and have everything set up right before tryin to boost 20 lbs w/ a headgasket and stock internals.
