Default SOHC (D16Z6) = Greddy 19T Kit, 550s, Neptune, 2.5" DP w/ Ecutout *Servion Tuned* 266hp 245tq

my setup:
94 dx hatch
z6 with je/eagle combo
greddy kit from a 96-00 kit (19t turbo)
550's and a 3 bar
2.5 dp with a dmh ecutout (cutout is right before the firewall)
neptuned by servion ( http://www.serviontuning.com )
17psi (guage), but neptune reads 12psi (absolute), damn altitude.

all this was done at 6000ft altitude (denver CO)

we were having a problem with the boost leaking out where the injectors seal to the IM. RC sent me b series injector seals.
i have this problem fixed, we are gonna head back up to the dyno in a few weeks
266hp, 245tq

this car is daily driven, full interior and ice cold a/c (moving to las vegas so i NEED a/c)
best time was a 13.7 @ 103 (i blew the headgasket at the end of the track)

here is a pic of the car:

thanks for everyone here on honda tech that answered my questions
and thanks to Jeremy (Servion) and the rest of my crew (HRC) for all the help with the build and tune.

this car is the fastest / quickest sohc in colorado springs

not bad for a greddy kit huh

i blew the HG because it was some crappy one (i was told it was oem, but it wasnt)

ever since ive been using a OEM Honda HG and ARP studs tq'd to 70lbs with moly lube, i havent had any problem with head lifting.

the turbo is from a 96-00 greddy sohc kit.

19t is what it is referred to as

the has a tdoh4 hot side, and a 19t comp side.

i dont know much about the exact specs,
but a friend tells me the cold side it a volvo wheel (or has come on a volvo)
and the hot side it a t2 flanged mitsu housing.

i have a link to the compressor map, but i cant read them.

it a a cool little turbo,
its alittle bigger then the 15g.
quick spooling fun street turbo

alot people hate on the greddy kit, they say it cant make power.
im impressed with it.

id like to see if we can get 300 whp out of it, but due to altitude, i think i will probaly be spinning it out of it efficency range

we will see soon

thanks for the comments

Did the 19T DP for on your EG without modification? I'm trying to figure out if the 15G and 19T Dp's are the same, cause I'm about to buy a 15G for my 2000EX. Thanks
