smoking from valve cover breather
hello everybody.
my car was sitting in the parking lot for about a week or two.
mean while that it was standing i modified the pcv system.
i drilled the stock pcv valve and i hooked aline from it to "tee" on the valve cover.
this is how it goes:
i drove around with my car for a few min's today. and when i popped the hood i saw some somke coming out of my valve cover breather.
i'm gonna do a compression check later on today.... (waiting for a friend to bring me the gauge)
could it be that my pcv setup=****?

Re: smoking from valve cover breather (RACEPAK)
YES. You aren't venting anything. Why on earth would you run those lines into each other?? Hook them both up to a vacuum source ASAP with a catch can inbetween for vapor.
