Default smokin Teg

Ok, since I got my h/g done a few weeks ago, I'm getting clouds of smoke out of the exhaust when I boost and let off the gas. At first I thought it was white smoke, and it would happen even at 3-4 psi. So I've been thinking, head gasket again = warped head or sunken sleeve etc

Now I think it could actually be blue smoke, and its now only smoking if I boost at like 10psi, again when I let off the gas. It also pops the dipstick out sometimes. So assuming it is blue smoke I'm seeing, I guess thats blowby or rings right?

The car has been tuned on Hondata for 11k miles, fully built Benson block so I can't see it being the rings I'm running the stock PCV with a catch can.

Can blowby be caused by too much oil? When I got the car back from having the h/g done last time, I checked the oil when the car was stone cold, having stood all night. It was way over the 2nd mark. A minor oil leak and the fact that the dipstick has popped out a couple of times and sprayed a bit of oil around means the oil level is now halfway, and the smoking doesn't seem to be as bad.

Other symptoms, possibly unrelated, is the car now idles rich - I'm talking 10-11, though it cruises fine at 14 and is fine in boost. It also sometimes idles at 700rpm, even when I start it from cold. Before the h/g was done last time, it idled fine and af's have always been spot on.

I'm gonna get the PCV valve swapped and compression/leakdown as soon as I can, but any thoughts on the smoking in the meantime?
