Default smoke coming from valvecover and oil spitting out of black box

Wasup guys well here the story I traded my car for a bike turbo eg and then a month laater we traded back cuz he had a porblem getting the pink slip so I pick'd it up last night and start it everything ok after is heats up its started to blow smoke from the vavlecover a lot of smoke so I took off the pcv at the back of the block and drove it home about 15mins of driving I stop and pop the hood I saw oil spitting out of the blackbox so I put back the pcv and go home(2hours driving with a lot of smoke behind me) thanks god there no police

Btw is turbo b16a
Now I'm stump and don't know what to do I know its probably ringlands but sparks plug look fine or valve seal but I have a oil in my tailpipe aswell could be turbo seal but its wouldn't spit oil in the breather though

The dude is a nice person and told me whatever wrong with it he will paying for it

Help me peeps

sounds pretty bad. My first thought is blown ringlands, but it could be worse.

Update

Well took off the turbo today and found out the he blown it so not I put my stock header back to see if the smoke is gone start it and there's still smoke coming out of the valve cover but on the exhaust its gonna

So what u guys think cuz that?
I'm doing a compression test in a lil bit ill let u guys know whats the number on four cylinder

do a leakdown test also if you can.
