Default Sluggish Car

Hi, when I first installed my Turbo, my car felt like it was flying. Recently though, it feels like it's normally aspirated again. I definitely feel that it got A LOT slower.

Anything I should check for? I haven't made any changes to the car. I'm wondering if something is "giving out" on the car.

you're probably just getting used to it. when I first turboed my car I thought it was fast as hell. then I got used to it and built a motor and cranked up the boost and again I thought it was fast as hell. Now I'm back to a stock motor on low boost and I think it's slow.

You get used to it.... and it is a lot hotter now than it was when you installed the turbo. When it is hot out, my car feels so sluggish as compared to when it is icy cold.

I noticed today after a nice healthy run with an explorer.. the car felt slower after it got pretty hot.. the temperature outside has to be close to 100 degress.. and after a that run. it felt slower than normal.. i let it cool down when I went home.. went for another ride.. and she seemed to be back to normal...

damn this heat sucks....!

yea.. my car feels much better after the sun goes down.. but the engine after a good run will be pretty hot and will need to cool down... i guess it's just something we have to deal with... i noticed the car was a little boggish when i raced taht S2K that one day.. after the run...then the car cooled down and I took down that stang GT...

heat sucks

Same here. I'm not sure what it is, but the car, there is a slight LAG, it feels almost "bogged" at around 2700-3000 rpm. This is when i'm lightly pushing on the gas (Probably 15% throttle), not Flooring it!

Is this from turbo lag? It feels kinda weak down low compared to when I had no turbo.

I have that problem AS WELL as my "not as fast as before" feel.

It feels like my car is SLOWER than N/A when I'm just driving around normally.
