yeah i got a local guy that makes them they are 40 dollars a sleeve. plus shipping though.

i'll make sure you get the one's from the 71 vega

got intercooler and bearing and pistons back from swain tech today.

this weekend motor will be honed, head will be put back together rings will be gapped.

end of next week the build will start.

right now i'm figuring out what oil pan to use...... i think i'm going to use obx 5.5qt they are under 200 dollars but they are aluminum?? i would like steel

i would not spend the money on a cheap oil pan.......lots of people have had issues with them not fitting properly........the OEM oil pan is perfectly fine!

You do realize that the Vega engine has silicone impregnated aluminum cylinder walls and never had a ductile iron sleeve for it? I don't think your engine is going to live with that sleeve.
