Sleeved blocks.
does anyone know of any who sells bare blocks that are sleeved. im looking for minimal down time for my project. any info would be appreciated. im not interested in sending my block away so no matter the turn around claimed i don't care. thanks.
GE sells sleeved B18A/B blocks directly, and any of their distributors should too. I know Lightning Motorsports does. I think the pricing is around $900-950 for the bare block with main caps, and an LS crank is like $100 through GE.

You can go through GE directly, or through one of their distributors like Camp1320, Lightning Motorsports, etc

I couldn't find a thread for Camp, but I'm certain you can get one through them as well.

they either sell you a sleeved block that they have in the shop, or you SEND them one, they sleeve it and send it back...
you pay shipping to them, they pay for return shipping

no its around 900
and to the op, you could also just buy a ls block localy and send it in to get sleeved, ls shortblocks are cheap 50-150 bucks, gsr shortblocks are suualy 350-500
so roughly that 350-400 dollar difference is a good enough reason to go ls vtec for you

it still needs to be machined once you get it. sleeving your current block comes out way cheaper.
