From: That's the wrong tone... I'm Skunk2 certified.
In my eyes, it must have:
-A recirculated wastegate
-At least one decent sized resonator (I'd say @ LEAST 14")
-A decent muffler that is known for being on the quiet side
-Pipe diameter cannot be over 3"
What makes a turbo exhaust "sleeper"? Feel free to post pics of setups that you think would qualify.

i ave a 3" w/ 2 18" resonators and magnaflow oval muffler painted flat black. wastegate is dumped into the exhast. its really quiet unless i get on it.
recirculated wastegate, 2.5" tubing, 24" thrush resonator, oval magnaflow w/high temp oxidation for sleeper look
I'd say its "quiet" but its has a very low tone, an avid honda hobbyist could tell its not stock but theres no way I'm ever gonna get cited for exhaust violation. I have no idea what it sounds like outside the car once its moving.
