My car is too loud...... it has 2.5" pipes with an 5" outlet. What size piping should i run on a 2.5" outlet/muffler?

It's probably the design of your exhaust. If you have a straight-through (pipe style) muffler with no baffles you need to get a resonator and silencer. You could try forking your exhaust and using 2 mufflers. Also, defeating the catalytic converter makes it louder. Header will make it louder.

Turbo will make it quiet.
