SideWinder Pics!
>>how can you say i'm ignorant, when you don't even know anything about me. don't you think that's a bit ignorant of you?
i don't make manifolds for a living, but i can TIG. i think that qualifies me as having an educated opinion.<<
However you've *proven* yourself to be quite uneducated in business ethics. And that's what you're really blowing all your hot air about. Show us a patent # or quit whining.
BTW, I think it oughta be a crime (it sure is a damn shame) that a turbo manifold costs $1100. That's my unedumucated opinion.

It's a free market, so until somebody comes up with a viable alternative, those of us who want certain parts are going to have a pay a certain price. Sometimes I wish DC would make sidewinder headers. They'd be nice and polished and stainless steel, with nice welds. And they'd cost $400

No wait a minute! Capitalism is our friend! It allows guys like Tinker to come along and save us from insanely high prices. 2 years from now Edelbrock will be stamping out "Chikara Sidewinders" for $250.

with all the low ball copying, what happens if innovative companies like hytech stop working on hondas, then who are you unoriginal backyard hacks going to copy? afterall, your limited minds seem to think there's only so many ways to make a manifold.
business ethics is an oxymoron, and if you learned to read more carefully, then you would have seen my previous statement. like i said before, there's nothing illegal about what their doing, but if they expect people who hold themselves to a higher standard to respect them, then they're kidding themselves.
so fsp31, tell your unimportant opinion to someone else because even opinion wise, i'm all about quality and not quantity.

sefi8: relax man, its a manifold, get over it. if tinker can make it , more power to him. im sure you know someone w/ rotas, but are u getting mad at them since those arent spoons? lets all get together. if someone like hytech decided to get out of hondas then so be it. thats competition. if i can undercut someone to feed myself i sure as hell will...if its my form of living.
oh ya ibtl

SEFI8LOxCivic I just realized you're right! Instead of loathing you because you're an *** to everyone who doesnt swing from your nuts, I now respect you because you claim to have ethics!
Did you know that pharmacys choose the no-name brands over the name-brand stuff to save money? When you go to the grocery store do you buy the Name-brand or the Best Yet stuff? Or am I to beleive you have such high ethics (or should I say gullability) to pay twice as much for something just because they were the "innovator" of that product? Come on, man...... get a life. Do you buy Bayer (the innovator of asprin) or Target Brand asprin?

Oooook, welcome to H-T, Hitler!
