Unfortunately, these are going to run $700...ALOT of time into it...but well worth it if you want to keep AC and PS!

I was talking to tinker, and yes you will need a new radiator hose. He told me the name of it, but i dont remember. It was a 1" metal tube, that would have to have somone bend over the compressor, and to the inlet. The stock hose would "blow up" that close to the turbo.

I need a gasket, and I can get you an h23 flange for 40 shipped DLB1994...
Im going to make a bunch or re-routers made out of 1 inch conduit for the upper hose. Rubber that close to something that hot is not a good combo. Oh yes, 6 inches is all thats needed infront of the block...

similar only in the turbo placement, and I highly doubt that is the same, because this manifold is hydro and cable compatible...

#3 is a lil shorter than the rest, but the rest are all within an inch or so of eachother...itll make .02 hp difference. But hey, if your that worried about it, ditch the AC anyway

with your excalibur mani, how would you route the intercooler piping with the compressor facing the passenger side? would you have to clock your turbo to get it to work? or did you just place it that way due to your air/water intercooler?
