should i be concerned???
a compression test wont necessarily tell you everything, which is why a leakdown test is better. also, it depends if you have lowered compression pistons. if you are running say 10:1.0, then i say your numbers are a little low. you shouldnt have oil on your plugs either, are you SURE its oil and not just a little bit of gas combined with carbon build up on your plugs?

you'll need an air compressor...to do a leakdown test
