Well I used some of this stuff on my Sentra SE-R and its turbo'd. I havent had any ill effects as of yet. I poured some into the vaccuum line, onto the piston tops, into the gas tank, and in the crankcase. Im gonna change my plugs and oil when this tank of gas is all done.

It smoked pretty good for a few minutes pretty much until I could get the car out of my neighborhood then I started to get on it a little and it would smoke pretty good then it just stopped.
