sc61 on a stock b20.
Hey guys,
Just bought a sc61 precision turbo. In about a month or so when I gather all the parts I will be installing it on stock jdm b20. The a/r is 64. What do you think the spool will be like?
thanks
,matt

Which SC61 and which cover?
I had an SC6176 with an e cover on my B16 SI last year, AFI ramhorn, 3 inch DP, and a hell of a tuner and I was able to see 15 lbs by 5k. That's pretty damn fast spool on a 9:1 1.6 liter.
Friend of mine has an SC6152 with an S cover, ram horn, and 3 inch DP on a stock bottom end B16 and he is seeing 10 lbs by about 5200.
With a 2 liter, I imagine it would be a little quicker than that.

Thanks, I dont know all the details on the turbo. I got it pretty cheap so i decided too buy it, and if it was overkill I would just sell or trade it for a smaller one. I know the a/r is 63.
