Safe way to fit oil return pipe?

Default Safe way to fit oil return pipe?

My car has a cast aluminium oil pan.Since im turboing the engine i wonder if any one have a tip on how to make an oil return into the pan.
I dont really feeling safe with treading the pan or use nuts on the inside.
Any one?

Find an aluminum welder.
Of course why didnt i think about that.I can just machine out something like
This.

And weld it to the pan.
