if i used the safc, not the hack, but how its intended to be used, along with an fmu, would i still need a missing link? also, i have a 4gen h22a lude, which i think is obd2, does it make a difference if its obd1 or obd2? will the safc still work the same and i'm able to do everything the same?
thanks

if i tuned my car for 18 psi with the safc, would i run too rich if i ran a lower boost like 6-8 psi, or would the safc just have the injectors put out the right amount for that psi?
thanks

read, read, read, you cant go at 18psi with the hack,,, and what do you mean you'll be using it like it's intended to be used?? afc = hack,, it's meant to be an hacking device that changes the signal from the map to the ecu.

hes not going to be using the hack method.. im pretty sure its called a hack for a reason.

how do you plan on running big injectors on a stock ecu without using the "hack" i hope to god your not thinking of using yur stock injectors for 18psi....whats wrong with the hack anyway it works wonderful if you have a program to pull timing in boost....I just dont get what yur saying, i think you need to research more...
If you dont use the hack and are using the stock ecu then you need that missing link to full the map or it will go AAAAAAHHHHH WTF ARE YOU DOING TO ME!!!!!

then i dont understand why you were sayin how you wanted to use the afc as it was intended and not use the hack but thats what yur already using?
I thought the honda map was limited to 11psi and thats why the hack isnt recommended to be used past 10-11psi? Least that was what i thought i read somewhere, there is so much information and different viewpoints anymore its hard to say who really knows there *** from a hole in the ground......my opinion

if i use the afc and i have two boost levels, say 10psi and 6psi. i have it tuned to 10psi. when i boost the 6psi, would the afc cause me to run rich, or would it provide just the fuel needed for the 6psi?
thanks
daniel
thanks

The afc "hack" is just settings. The afc itself is used to "hack" change the setting for your fuel. the hack can support higher than 10-11 psi but your map will not change to a GM 3 bar. Read this thread. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=531705
