NOT RUNNING VAFC HACK + FMU & Missing link
I have VAFC and fmu and missing link with 440 cc injectors..
i dont have an inline pump and im not getting one anytime soon.
so, my ? is, will having a VAFC nullify the missing link when you are NOT running the hack? How would they work for/against each other.
The reason im asking is because i have a missing link all cleaned up and im still getting a Map sensor code. the only think i can think of, is that the VAFC is somehow interferring when they are both together and MAP sees boost still.

No. That's only based on the ECU. Your car will not run unless it has missing link or check valves so it can fool the computer to let you run without going into a limp mode. Though most of the H22 Ecu allow you to see SOME boost, a missing link is the best option, w/o going to HONDATA or some other management

If you are running the hack do not use the missing link. You don't need an inline pump either. Just use your 440's and turn down the fuel with the vafc to like 35-40 across the board.
