Default Running 8psi

Do i need a boostdependent fmu running 8psi? My fuel setup is this: rc 440cc injectors, apexi vafc, b&m regulator, and airtek inline fuel pump. Can i run 8psi safely with this setup? thanks

Yes you will need the FMU! It will raise the fuel pressure when you go into boost. If you just run a base fuel pressur eand run 8psi. you can kiss you motor good bye. Also, when you get the money, I would suggest getting Hondata.

Yes I would get the FMU. Get a lower ratio though, like a 4:1. Then use the VAFC to lower the fueling as the boost increases. If not I think it will be very rich during boost. If you have the VAFC setup correctly, it should run reliabley.

What kind of FMU is it? Vortech has ones that have a 4:1 ratio.

i got two motors but right now i got my stock one in and i run 10psi daily
and 15psi when i race and i do this on a stock motor and i run 450cc with inline
fuel pump safc and JR fmu 5:1

i have not sprayed it yet but am going to when i put it on the dyno so i can make sure am running really rich before i spray i don't trust an air/fuel gauge that much and tune the AFC for when i spary

and my nitrous is controlled by my MSD setup

am getting a full garrett T4 or 60-1 before u put my built motor in
