rev stage 1 vs 2

Is the the turbo (t3/t04 hybrid) for the rev hard stage 2 turbo kit a lot better than the stage 1 t3/t3. Im thinking about upgrading it on ls hatch

Nope, no more Stage I. Production halted about a year ago I think.
