retune when changing manifold?

retune when changing manifold?
going from a crappy manifold (ssac, obx, etc.) to a full race or neukin manifold, but leaving everything else the same (i already have a 3in. downpipe), is there any reason to retune the car? i live a couple of hours from a dyno, and was thinking of upgrading my manifold and was curious if the power increase would be significant enough to need to make another trip.

With the Neukin upgrade on my car my powerband changed, turbo spooled faster, and made more power up top. I would retune to be safe or at the very least re-dyno the car with a wideband and make sure it is alright.

What if you change tranny or flywheel and clutch? If you change either one of those to a different one would you need a retune or no?
