Replaced head gasket, now more problems
Recently replaced head gasket, funny thing was that only the valve cover was milky as **** but the oil that i drained out wasnt really. Everything went well but now i have a lot of white smoke only coming from the oil cap when i take it off when the car is running. car isnt over heating and gonna do a compression test tomorrow. ive heard piston rings could maybe be going out? car hasnt been tuned, its on a base but its only been driven once since replacing the head gasket just to check.

maybe clogged pcv valve? also replaced intake manifold gasket with the head gasket. the engine didnt do this before the headgasket and IM gasket were replaced

dude, no need to start a new thread, you should have just updated us on your old thread.
anyways, it sounds like you may have hurt the motor, boosting on it untuned could have hurt the rings like you mentioned. let us now the results of the compression and leakdown tests
