Default removing butterfly valves off IM

i was wondering if removing the secondary butterfly valves on my stock intake manifold would help gain any power? my car showed a little gain leaving them open all the time, so i thought it would be even better with them completely off.

do you guys think it would make big enough of a difference to have to retune the car?

I rmeoved mine, you have to get shorter bolts. It works. Goign to end up getting a BLOX IM anywas. I dont think ud need a retune. Its probably not worth the trouble.

i heard from some people that if you take the butterfly valves out you lose a lot of low end power and gain very little high end power. Idk just what i heard on a different thread about the same subject. I'm gonna get a blox im anyways because i'm gonna have the same issue on my gsr with a p28 ecu.
