random bogging at low rpm under light throttle

random bogging at low rpm under light throttle
i have a 94 gsr bone stock motor all thats bolted on is a t3/t4 turbo real simple setup with 525cc injectors
it seems that very randomly ill be in say first gear and letting the clutch out and right after its out and i start giving more gas (right around 2k-2.5k) itll bogg out badly and my wideband reads very lean...
i put new plugs in and man did they need to be replaced and it ran well for the first drive then i tried to take it out later that day and it did the same damn thing..
what its also doing is under veryyyy light throttle while driving (just enough to keep a steady speed on a flat road) it will do the same hting bog and go lean under i give it more gas or something
the only thing that makes snes to me is that it is some how ignition related???maybe plugs werent enough anyone please help me i want to get this thing running smoothly again..
and yes my car is tuned

fixed just needed a little coolent
car drives soooo smooth now i dont thikn im gonna sell it to be honest, i wasnt gonna sell it till it was fixed and now that it is im probly gonna keep it haha
