Radiator hose melting under boost?
I have a small section, about 5 inches, of radiator hose that is connecting one of my charge pipes to my intercooler. The hose isn't like a normal coupler it is exposed for about 3 inches to the hot air inside of the tube. I was wondering if the EGT's or the air in the charge pipe is gonna be hot enough to melt that sucker or not. BTW the hose is right b4 the intercooler.

youll be fine, ive always used radiator hose for small turbo projects. as long as you arent pushing 30 psi, you wont get hot enough to do anything significant.
for that matter, ive also used it succesfully for oil returns, although, i HIGHTLY recommend AGAINST this. Im ghetto when it comes to my own stuff sometimes

You'll definately be okay. Unless... you have something wrong and are reaching intake temperatures of about 250°.
