Quicky about oil feed restrictor(s) and thread size for t3/t4
I did some searching and really didn't get a definite answer. Some people said only ball bearing turbos need restrictors, other said no, because hondas have a high oil press. Anyways I've got a t3/t4 57trim 63AR. Someone said journal bearing turbos should still use a .065 restrictor. Is this true, or is it another size?
Also if someone can tell me what thread pattern to use for the oil feed/drain on the turbo that would be appreciated. TIA

i was also wondering the same thing for my f22a4.. i have a master power t04e 60 trim 50 a/r comp. and 48 a/r turbine. i was wondering what size oil restrictor to get or if i even needed one. does oil feed line/ t-fittings and other connectors/adaptors used make any difference?

yea i didnt think the journal bearing or thrust bearing turbos needed oil restrictors. i thought it was only the gt ball bearing style turbos that needed it, each varrying from turbo to turbo.
