quick turbo install question

Default quick turbo install question

i have a 94 integra gsr and am installing my turbo t3to4e .50 .63 i have a few questions, i purchased a aftermarket fpr what should it be set at ? i also installed a skunk2 intake manifold , with the turbo do i bypass that vacume box thing if so will i get a cel. my set up is turbonetics t3to4e, adj-fpr, skunk2 intake manifold, aem fuel rail, dsm 450cc injectors, walbro 255 lph fuel pump. hondata s200, and then all the accesories oil lines , exaust ect

Injectors are rated for flow @43.5 psi of fuel pressure. So starting there would be a good idea. Get the thing tuned! Don't drive around without doing that. When you get it tuned you will find out if the pressure needs to b a little higher or stay at the 43.5. GL.

i will get it tuned as soon as install is done i talked with the guy who installed the s200 he said i will be fine to drive it to his shop to get it tuned , which is two hours away , but im hoping to start it tomorrow

Make sure that you don't go into boost before you get tuned. You can very easily ruin your engine, especially on a two hour trip. You might be better served to remove one of your charge pipes and use your stock injectors to get you there. Once there adding the piping and injectors. You are prolly running the resistor box if you have 450cc dsm's, so just put some connectors in so you can swap between resisted and not resisted (as far as the box goes). Later you can solder and heat shrink the wires, which is the best way to do it. GL.

Definitely do not remove one of your charge pipes. You could overspin the turbo.....the best way is to either just not give it alot of gas and drive like a normal person so you don't boost or remove the wastegate spring. For the trip I would just drive like a grandma.

yeah just remove the wastegate spring and drive like grandma.
