questions about dsm injector and afc setup
i did the setup with dsm injectors(10 ohm,10 watt resistors in series on positive wire)and the afc.no check valves and no fmu.i didit on my wife's 95 ls.i had to set lo throttle 100rpm at -25% to get it to idle.every where else it is -40% except from 3000rpm to 6000rpm it is -45%.it runs like a pig.it seems to be very rich.i thought it was to little boost because it would not make over 5-6 lbs.i tried turning it up and now it will go to about 6 lbs and slowly creep to 10lbs.it also has a slight miss when you first punch it.i am about fed up with it.the turbo is a t3.is it to small for this setup?please help,my wife is about to kill me!

Fuel setup kinda sucks dude...go stand alone. Fooling the ECU into thinking its still got stock injectors installed never gets good results...get an ECU that 'knows' you're running 440's...

I wouldn't think that your car would idle at -25, I have 370s and mine is set at -38 and my fuel pressure is at 26psi with vacuum. You must have something jacked up. Look over your settings, do you have any vacuum leaks, something's got to be wrong.

Its possible that there is a problem with the resistors. I had DSM injectors in my 90 CRX w/ B16a, and was able to get it run like stock with barely any trouble. My settings were between -35 and -40 across the board. I ran them for a while before taking them out for cleaning. This is with NO turbo, i just wanted to test them beforehand.
The t3 should be fine, but i would disconnect the charge pipe and see if you can get it running good -off- of boost first thing.

You might want to get a B/M FPR and lower the Fuel pressure.
Then set the limits higher during boost.
That should take care of the problem

i have tried the b&m piece of crap before and it would not lower it at all.it would when the car had the stock pump, but not any more.i think it has something to do with the resistors.can anyone confirm that the way i wired them and the values are correct?

I dont know abour wiring a resister/injector. This could be wrong?? I would use the stock honda resistor box and do it per the instructions on hondata's site. May be the prob. may not.
