Internal wastegate problem! *pic*
I adjusted my boost using the rod connected to the wastegate actuator, I turned up the boost a little by turning the rod toward the actuator, but now I am not holding boost very well. I will be running like 8 psi, and then a few min later its at like 4 psi.
This the rod I'm talking about, it comes off the actuator and then latches onto the turbo. I took if off, loosened the nut, and turned the rod a few times toward the acuator. Does anyone know what is wrong, or what I can do??? Any help is great, thanks.

if you adjsut the rod in (making the total length of the rod shorter) it increased spring pressure and thus raises boost levels. only move it 1/2 turn at a time. the stock setting was 5psi, so to hit 8psi (and you better have some kind of fueling if your using the older kit w/o the electronic control box and a bov and intercooler) it should be like 1.5-2 turns. again turn it 1/2 rotation at a time.
