Fitment Issues with Full-Race Downpipe?
I just installed my full race downpipe on my 2001 ITR and for some reason it does not sit centered under the oil pan. It is 3" off, it touches the transmission instead of sitting straight under the oil pan?

I had the same problem w/ mine.. We just cut it, rotated it, and re-welded it on our own.. took about 10 minutes.
Im using a complete full-race kit! Im pretty disappointed if that is the case. I don't understand why it should be like this?
strange....the downpipes where made on different motors (b16, GSR, or LS) then jigged. give us a call tomorrow and we will figure out whats wrong and what needs to be fixed.

you wont have to spend any additional $...it may be that were sent the incorrect part. if it doesnt fit correctly, then we will replace it.
sounds good to me, since the situaution has arrived i would like to have the downpipe lengthened by 3.25 inches and have an o2 bung welded if it aint a problem. Hopefully you can help me out, id greatly appreciate it!
OK -- to address these issues
#1 Steve -- send us your DP and we will fix it. Looking at the pictures it looks to me to be about 1/2" off at the trans. Regardless, we'll pay for shipping both ways, its 10 pm on sunday and im leaving the shop now so just give us a call tomorrow.
#2 15 psi -- which oil pans did the downpipe hit? If its a moroso pan, then the flex hits it. That is why we ask when customers order parts which pan they will be using.
