problem is this... its an xspower turbo, so the seals are probably blown because its just a shitty product... its also too large to ever spool on your motor, considering its at the end of the exhuast stream so almost all of the heat energy is gone.

hmmm looks like a easy to steal location.

in addition to being exponentially harder to hook up.

in addition to the fact that even if you get it all hooked up, it probably wont spool at all.

Im gonna put my turbo on the interior of my car between the pass. and driver seats and run the pipes through the firewall. That way when theres a passenger and there is a glowing red hot turbine between us I can say "yeah go ahead, touch it" or "behold the powerplant".

That'll really scare the **** outta the competition.

A turbo Z06 that runs 9's? Not impressed. People run 9's on the LS6 all-motor. In that case I don't see how the turbo is helping.</TD></TR></TABLE>

There are Honda's that run 9's all-motor. Does that mean a turbo isn't helping a Honda unless it runs 8's or faster?

I dont know if this has been posted or not ( didn't really care to read all the bashing) But Isnt the main reason for putting the turbo in the back so that you dont have to run an intercooler? and i have seen a full interior type-R (With a B18b lol ) running 13's with a blown head gasket with this same set-up...... From what i've seen this isnt THAT bad of a set up .... just my 2 cents

But the hondas that are running those times NA... have a "bit" more work done than the domestics running those times.

Dude, I love that *** in your avatar. Just can't stop staring.

What kind of oil feed/return system are you planning on using? Going from the block back or are you setting up a seperate system in the trunk of the car?

I don't see how it would get screwed up going over speedbumps. You figure if anything the rear bumper would probably hit first. It's an SSAC turbo anyway. No big loss. Just a big piece of death to whatever is following him when it falls off.
