question about a small turbo and its wastgate

ok i have a turbo off a saab, now can i just remove the wastgate from this and use my tial one like i would with a regular external wasrgate? and how much can i push from this little guy?

not much more than what the internal gate will allow. those are about 30lbs/min. rather small.

i have a saab t3 45 trim.
cast manifold w/ tial 38mm wg + 5 bolt exhaust flange.
