Default Question about sleeved block

well i might buy this d16 block sleeved with golden eagle sleeves and was wondering what type of things should i be looking for just to make sure im not getting ripped or what not heres a pic of it..

Check the size and condition of the bore. Also, grab a straight-edge and ensure that all the sleeves are level with one another. I doubt that one of them would sink, but you may as well check first...
