Turbo Set Up-
Built Ls.Vtec.Gsr Tranny.Dc2 Integra
Looking for t4 turbo, that can get me into the 10's but wanna drive as a high 11 DD. I want a turbo that when it pulls it will be hard, but not be super late. I don't know how much a GSR tranny will effect spool times because it's low geared.

I dont wanna flame but..did you do ANY research on your own? A lot of this could be found if you searched in archived information most likely..

plus not all stuff is black and white. 4" IC piping is a bad idea for me, but for another guy making 800hp it might be great.
