project turbo part II
whats up guys thought I would post some pics of my turbo kit. and misc stuff. Ill be posting a video of the dyno and some progress of the install.
I will be exchanging the blox fuel reg. and the walboro fuel pump the missing link and the blitz blow off valve at local shop for GM 3bar map, RC 440cc inj., dual stage manual boost control, and the greddy type s bov.
my only question is the oil return line for the turbo...should I get a larger one (its the size of a goodrige brake line) and you can see the size of the bung on the oil pan. any advice would be very helpful, as you can see I will be very busy.
I can post a pic with the oil line and the bung together to put it in a better perspective if needed.

The oil pan is tapped 1/2 npt, so get yourself two #10 AN fittings with 1/2 npt threads, then you need to either order, or make a flange for the turbo, I made one out of a 1/2" think chunk of steel and tapped it 1/2 npt, then you can use 5/8" I.D. steel braided hose for the oil drain.

Re: project turbo part II (Syner-G-Racing)
Looks really nice! Just get the largest oil return that you can, probally 10an, but you'll be fine with 8an. Also, don't run larger than a 3an feed line. These will help keep the turbo seals from going quickly with that High pressure Honda oil pump

It is a drag III kit, but I dont prefer the company due to their shitty work ethics It took me two months to get the kit...if your interested in purchasing directly through Dragkit pm me first. and Scott you feel free to contact me if needed we have a few things that need to be addressed from a consumers view if you plan to keep a successful business...cause your product is great, but the way you represent it in you customer service sucks a$$!
thanks for all the comments and Ill be posting some more pics once I start the install.

Re: (Syner-G-Racing)
here are a couple of pics of my tech spike and myself analizing the oil line.
so will this line be sufficient for the turbo since the bung on the oil pan is so big?
I can make some sorts of adapter but is the line large enough? any advise would be great. I have never realy aproached this problem before.

Re: project turbo part II (Syner-G-Racing)
You got it mixed up man. The thin line is the OIL FEED line. That provides oil to the Turbo.
and for the oil Return, see that L shape metal pipe? Thats what the DRAG kit uses... Kinda crappy if you ask me. -=P Just buy a return line from Stan, and your set. (flamenco-t at fast-turbo.com)
