Re: How to install turbo? (RevhardLs25)
If you have to ask, you probably shouldn't be doing it. Just buy a kit and have a professional install it.
No money for a kit? Here's some things you're going to need:
Turbo+manifold(duh)
Intercooler(optional, but optimal)
piping
Fuel pressure regulator
MAP clamp
fuel pump
fuel injectors
Waste gate
Blow off valve
Have everything plumbed for a return line system
about a grand in odds and ends(couplers, ties, lines, etc.)
Figure anywhere from $20-$500 in dyno time(depending on how good the shop is with a dyno, it could take a while, and you're paying for their time)
And don't forget, if you have any problems with your engine now(no matter how insignificant) the turbo will bring them out in a heartbeat. Set some money aside for WHEN (not if) something goes wrong.
A few other things probably that I can't think of off the top of my head. Look up on all that stuff and what it's all for and you will begin to understand.

Could you be a little more specific? I agree with the fact that if you're asking this then you probably shouldnt be doing this at all. Let someone else do it. If you have the kit...then put it on....not much else to it unless you specify your question. GL
